Married at First Sight Chapter 1063

Chapter 1063
Liberty reflected for a moment and stated, “You’re right. Elisa, your perspective is far superior to ours. Seren, you should take a page from Elisa’s book.”
While the Hunt sisters were motivated and ambitious, they might not match Elisa’s expertise in investing and generating income. After all, Elisa came from a family that ran its own business, giving her valuable experience.
Elisa blushed and chuckled, “I only thought of renting the fields for growing fruits and vegetables after seeing so many abandoned fields on the way back to your hometown.”
I spoke with Clive, and he mentioned that it’s a feasible idea. He said that any project that generates profit is a worthwhile endeavor, and he suggested we give it a try.”
Elisa added confidently, “Let’s just go for it. If we can turn a profit, great; if not, we’ll learn from the experience. Either way, I’m not short on funds.”
“Seren, bring this up with Zachary later tonight. If he thinks it’s a good idea, we’ll move forward. He has a keen eye for profitable investments.”
Since Zachary took over York Corporation, every project he has invested in has been successful and yielded profits.
Elisa often heard Clive speak of Zachary’s accomplishments at home, though he stopped mentioning him after she developed feelings for Zachary.
“Sure,” Serenity agreed readily.
Unbeknownst to the women, the men were listening closely. They overheard the discussion about investing in village fields and growing grass, fruits, and vegetables. Although they remained silent, they all recognized Elisa’s keen insight.
According to Elisa, all industries are currently saturated, making it challenging for newcomers to thrive.
While the competition in their chosen field was fierce, Elisa and Serenity had an advantage with…

their status. They would find it easier than others to discuss business partnerships with their peers. If that approach failed, they could utilize their families’ hotels. This is why the men believed Elisa’s idea deserved a chance. Zachary had no intention of getting involved. Serenity was an independent woman, and he knew she would prefer not to ask for his help unless absolutely necessary; receiving help from him would not give her a sense of accomplishment. Since she wanted to work independently, he would support her. It would be beneficial if she could earn her own money. If she did not succeed, she could always stay home as Mrs. York and spend his money.

Remy remembered that the branch company he managed had a cafeteria. Although it was just a branch, it employed thousands of people, which meant the cafeteria required a significant amount of fruits and vegetables each day. He wondered if Elisa would notice his company and approach him for a business partnership. While he did not personally oversee the cafeteria, he would make time to manage it himself if Elisa came to him.

As the ladies enjoyed barbecue, they chatted about investments, and soon everyone was full. Elisa hugged Sonny and playfully rubbed his round tummy, laughing, “We got so caught up in conversation that we didn’t pay attention to this little guy. Look how round his tummy is now! Let’s take a break and go for a stroll to aid digestion.”

Serenity reached out to touch her nephew’s stomach and asked with a smile, “Are you feeling uncomfortable, Sonny?”

Sonny shook his head. “Nope. I stopped eating when I was full and gave the leftover food to Dunc.”

Everyone turned to look at Duncan.

Duncan replied matter-of-factly, “I didn’t want to waste food we worked so hard to grill.”

There was food that he had not yet touched. The little boy was quite intelligent and feared that Duncan would be disgusted, so he refrained from offering him the food he had already started eating. Duncan believed that Sonny had a promising future. At just three years old, Sonny was not only clever and sensible but also incredibly adorable. Duncan wished that Sonny could be his son.
