Married at First Sight Chapter 620

Serenity wanted to keep her sister from worrying.
Seeing Serenity appear normal, Liberty felt relieved and said, “Zachary treats you very well. I doubt he would argue with you over something trivial. I’m glad to hear you two didn’t fight.”
However, Serenity thought to herself, ‘In reality, he did argue with me over something trivial.’
He had ignored her all day.
She was determined not to reach out to him again.
She didn’t believe she was at fault.
The first time they argued, she didn’t have feelings for him. The second time, after seeing Shawn confess to her, she panicked and rushed to his office to explain herself without thinking it through.
Now, she felt deeply upset.
Perhaps it was because her feelings for him had grown.
“Seren, I’ll take Sonny home. I’ve decided to open a store, so I need to start planning.”
“Alright, take Mrs. Lane with you so Sonny doesn’t cause trouble.”
Liberty agreed with her sister’s plan.
Sonny was particularly mischievous in familiar settings, so she needed an extra pair of hands to watch over him.
Mrs. Lane had wanted to stay. She had overheard Serenity and Jasmine discussing plans to go to a bar for drinks that evening.
Curious about which bar Serenity would visit, she was disappointed when Serenity insisted she follow Liberty home. Mrs. Lane complied to avoid raising Serenity’s suspicions.
“Mrs. Lane, you can drive my sister and Sonny home,” Serenity said.
She handed her car keys to Mrs. Lane. “I’ll take Jasmine’s car later.”
‘Wait, we’ll be taking a cab to the bar later. We can’t drive since we’ll be drinking.’
Mrs. Lane took the keys and followed Liberty and Sonny out of the house.
