The Throne of Thorns Novel Chapter 374

Wings of Broken Time by Alina Das 374

Chapter 374

“No, Larissa, my darling daughter, I truly know I was wrong,” Paxton said, his eyes filled with a desperate, feigned affection. “I’ll do anything you ask.”

Vivica quickly chimed in, “Larissa, your father and I know we were wrong. Please, can you forgive us?”

Larissa sneered. “You don’t know you were wrong. You know you’ve lost everything and have no other choice.”

Caught in his lie, Paxton didn’t miss a beat. “…I understand, Larissa. You’re still not satisfied. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure Honora never appears before you again to upset you!”

He turned to his wife. “Vivica, lock this stray up!”

“Right away,” Vivica nodded.

As she was about to drag Honora away, Larissa’s voice cut through the air. “Vivica, where do you think you’re taking her? Don’t forget what my grandpa said. This West Villa, and the entire Judson estate, belongs to me now. You can no longer live here.”

The thought of being evicted today would have sent the old Vivica into a rage, but now, she could only look humiliated as she tried to appeal to Larissa’s sympathy. “Larissa, your father is injured, and Leopold just woke up…”

“Spare me the excuses,” Larissa said, her face a mask of indifference. “I’m giving you one day. You will be out of this house by tonight. If not, I’ll have you thrown out.”

Vivica looked helplessly toward where Kiernan had been sitting, her eyes pleading for him to intervene, but Kiernan ignored it. He made his final declaration to his granddaughter. “Larissa, from now on, the Judson family is in your hands. It’s time for this old man to enjoy his retirement.”

After these solemn words, he had risen slowly, glanced at the captured housekeeper, Gareth, and instructed Jett, “Have someone take Gareth to the police station.”

“Yes, sir,” Jett had replied.

Leaning on Jett for support, Kiernan had walked unsteadily out of the villa, his figure disappearing from sight.

Neville had taken Sapphira’s hand and turned to Ziggy, Gloria, and the others. “Thank you all for coming today. Please, come with us to the East Villa to rest.”

“Of course.”

And with that, Neville and Sapphira had led the Turner family away, leaving Larissa to face what remained of Paxton’s family.

As Larissa and Haskell, along with Avril and her friends, were about to follow, Leopold struggled up from the sofa and stumbled toward Larissa, reaching for her.

“Sis…”

Larissa sidestepped him, her brow furrowed in disgust. “Don’t call me that. It’s sickening. Have you

forgotten what you did to me right before your little ‘accident‘?”

Leopold’s eyes filled with pain. He hadn’t forgotten. He had paid someone to tamper with her brakes, an act that could have easily killed her.

“Larissa, I’m a bastard! A complete idiot!” he cried, clutching his head in agony. “I was a monster for trying to kill my own sister! I deserve to die a hundred times over! When I was trapped in my own body, listening to Honora’s venomous words, I finally saw her for who she was. You can’t imagine the regret and pain I felt.”

“Larissa,” he said, his voice thick with emotion, “if you’ll forgive me, I would die for you.”
