Rachel was troubled by this and confided in Jasmine’s mother, which is how Jasmine discovered that Shawn still harbored feelings. Though Shawn was a man, he couldn’t compare to Elisa, who had endured unrequited love for Mr. York for many years.
When she discovered that he was married, she suppressed her feelings and stopped pursuing him. She was far superior to Shawn.
“I won’t flirt with your brother,” she assured him.
Josh chuckled, “Though I have to admit, your brother looks quite delicate. If he wore women’s clothing and a wig, he would certainly become a beauty…”
Jasmine pinched him sharply once more.

Josh rubbed the spot that stung, but he continued, “Is this your way of showing tough love?”
