“As wives, we need to learn to spend money. Only then will our husbands be motivated to earn it,” Tania said. Serenity laughed, noting that whether a husband was willing to support his wife’s spending greatly depended on him. “There are many people in Wiltspoon, and their tastes vary. A lot of them enjoy spicy food,” Liberty replied, her hands still busy preparing the sauce.
“If the chili sauce is made well, we might attract more returning customers.” Wiltspoonians weren’t particularly fond of spicy food, though a small number did enjoy it. Most preferred lighter flavors and liked making soups.
