Chapter 463
The eight York brothers surrounded their grandmother and departed.
They headed to the Wiltspoon Hotel for dinner.
When the lobby manager at Wiltspoon Hotel saw the York brothers enter with Old Mrs. York but without their bodyguards, he felt somewhat confused.
Should he greet them with respect?
However, Mr. Callum had instructed that as long as Mr. Zachary did not bring his bodyguard, they should be treated like regular hotel guests, and the manager should act as if he did not recognize them.
While the lobby manager was pondering what to do, Zachary and his family had already entered the hotel and walked past him.
All eight York brothers were remarkable. As they entered the hotel together, they immediately captured the attention of numerous onlookers.
Passersby overheard the brothers speaking softly to the elderly lady, addressing her as their grandmother.
They cast envious glances at her, wishing they could be so fortunate as to have eight extraordinarily handsome grandsons. Their eyes were filled with envy!
If Grandma May knew what they were thinking, she would say, “Don’t envy me. I have too many grandsons to worry about. Their marriages alone are enough to give me a headache!”
After the meal, Zachary remarked, “Callum, take Nana back to the main residence. I’ll visit the Buchams’ home.”
Josh had evidence of Hank’s property transfer, and Julian Bucham was home tonight. Zachary informed Josh that he would go over to collect it himself.
“I’m not going back to the main residence,” Grandma May stated firmly.
“Serenity isn’t going home tonight, Nana, so you won’t have anything entertaining to watch. You’ll get bored if you stay in Brynfield. You can come back tomorrow if you wish.”
Grandma May shot a glare at Zachary. “I won’t be bored. I’m not watching anyone’s show.”
“I just miss my granddaughter-in-law and want to live with her. Anyway, I’m not staying with you, so you can’t control me.”
Zachary couldn’t help but laugh. “That’s my house.”
“But are you in charge?”
Zachary choked. At home, Serenity called the shots.
“You don’t get to speak unless you’re in charge, so be quiet!”
Zachary was left speechless, thinking, ‘Is she really my grandma?! Deep breaths!’
Grandma May stood up and addressed her grandchildren. “Tomorrow, we’re going back to that house to demand compensation. You boys need to band together again. We can’t let them get away with beating up Sonny without facing consequences!”
Callum spoke for the others, saying, “Nana, now that we’ve taken this into our own hands, we’ll make sure it gets resolved. Don’t worry.”
“Find out everything about that family and cut off their income sources. Let’s see how arrogant they are then!”
Zachary replied, “Nana, I’m already on it.”
Grandma May finally praised Zachary, which was a rare occurrence! “Good job! If you were this quick when you’re with Serenity, I guarantee I’ll be a great-grandmother by next year!”
Zachary rolled his eyes. His grandmother had a tendency to praise and insult him simultaneously.
Eventually, Grandma May got into Callum’s car and returned to the main residence.
As soon as she arrived, Rowan complained about being left out. Grandma May laughed cheerfully, “You can come with me tomorrow as an extra headcount!”
Rowan thought, ‘I’m just a backup tomorrow and missed the most exciting part today…‘
Meanwhile, Zachary took his personal car along with his bodyguards to the Buchams residence.
He did not visit Josh’s house; instead, he went to Julian’s place.
