Married at First Sight Chapter 1075

Serenity returned to the bookstore at 2:50 PM.
Zachary personally drove her to the store.
“I have a social function tonight,” Zachary said solemnly as Serenity exited the car.
She looked at him and instinctively asked, “What time will you leave the office? Please don’t drink too much, and definitely don’t drink on an empty stomach. It’ll upset your stomach.”
“I’ve been taking medicine for three days. My stomach will be fine,” he replied.
Serenity responded, “Even if your stomach feels fine, you still need to take care of it. I’ll send you some food before you leave work. Eat a little before you go, but remember, don’t drink too much. It’s best to avoid drinking altogether if you can.”
“Alright, I’ll listen to you. I’ll wait for you to send food before I leave,” Zachary agreed.
His dark eyes burned with intensity as he gazed at Serenity.
Understanding his unspoken desire, she leaned in to kiss his cheek before playfully pinching his cheek. Just as he was about to react, she quickly slipped out of the car to evade him.
Zachary wanted to say something, but his words went unheard.
In any case, she had agreed to let him do as he pleased after two more days.
Serenity smiled as she entered the bookstore.
Inside, Elisa and Jasmine were present. One was engrossed in a novel, while the other was tinkering with Serenity’s half-finished craft.
When they saw her smiling entrance, they both looked up in unison.
Elisa spoke first, “Jasmine, have you noticed that Serenity is getting prettier and prettier? Her smile is getting sweeter, too. It shines as brightly as the morning sun.”
Jasmine closed the novel she had yet to finish. Both Elisa and Serenity couldn’t understand her passion for reading novels.
“With love as her nourishment, it’s no wonder she’s blossoming.”

“beautiful.”

Serenity laughed and replied, “That’s the pot calling the kettle black.”
Eventually, Josh and Jasmine became a couple, enjoying their time together without the complications that Serenity and Zachary faced. They were an incredibly easygoing and sweet pair, as their relationship lacked the drama of others.
Josh had a calm demeanor, and Jasmine was genuine, which made for a harmonious relationship. His emotional intelligence surpassed that of his two friends, and he had a romantic side that Jasmine found irresistible. She quickly surrendered to his charm.
The two ladies turned their attention to Elisa, the only one among them who was still single.
“Don’t look at me. I’m not interested in dating right now. I want to become a strong woman like my mom was in her youth,” Elisa said.
With a grin, she touched her face and confidently declared, “I’m beautiful even without the influence of love.”
“That’s true. You’ve always been beautiful. You were born that way, and I admire your straightforwardness,” Serenity replied.
Serenity moved to the cashier’s desk, prompting Elisa to relinquish her seat and ask, “Is your online store still open?”
“Of course! I’m someone who can never have too much money. As long as I can manage the workload and there’s money to be made, I’ll keep the online store running,” she answered.
She settled back down and resumed her craft while saying, “Elisa, have you completed the plan? We’re both beginners, so we need your guidance.”
“Seren, you could hire people to assist you with the crafts. This way, you can maintain your online shop while also freeing up time for other pursuits. You might earn less, but you will still make money,” suggested Elisa.
Serenity replied, “I recently reached out to several classmates from my major. Most of them are housewives now and have no…

They attempted to launch an online store but were unable to maintain it. “They said they’ll provide me with an answer tomorrow.” She had more pressing matters to attend to, which made it difficult for her to concentrate on the online store as she had previously. Her classmates, who had learned to weave crafts alongside her, did not manage to establish an online business. However, this was not due to a lack of skill; she was simply more fortunate than they were and had Zachary, his brothers, and Elisa to promote her crafts to others.
