Despite Jack\u2019s growing fury, he remained calm and collected, determined to acquire the clam at a lower price. He managed to keep his cool and smiled as he said, \u201cMy friend, I understand that we\u2019ve had some misunderstandings earlier today, but this seems a bit excessive. If you\u2019re bidding against me solely because of that minor issue, wouldn\u2019t that be a bit vengeful?\u201d<\/p>\n
