Nothando : detention, nothing major and besides,the day is over now. How are you feeling?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : your positions helped a lot thank you<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She smiles<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nothando : I’m glad. I brought us snacks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : your mom agreed for you to come here?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nothando : yeah,your mom scored herself a few points that day,she agreed because I was talking about you.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : weeh, I wonder what my mom said. Let’s go watch TV. I have to cook supper.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I said getting up and we walked out of my room to the kitchen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : no it’s okay,I’ll make something quick and simple.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nothando : thank God you said that,I’m tired and I still have homeworks to write.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : actually,you can help me dice the tomatoes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nothando : No!! You’re so unbelievable. You said you’ll be okay on your own.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : yeah well I might need your help.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She sulked and I laughed at her.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : I’m joking. Go watch TV.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She smiled and ran off to the lounge. I made pap and gravy and fried chicken. I dished up for us and we shared my plate then we wrote our homeworks together. Around 7:30pm she went back to her house. My mom got home as I was washing my plate<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saronah : your principal tells me that you are not okay?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : periods,I’ll be fine though<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I smiled assuring her.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saronah : that bad?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : yeah,worse than they usually are.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She sighs and places a brown paper bag on the counter.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saronah : drink your meds and go to bed,I forwarded your homeworks to you.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Naomi : thanks Mom, Goodnight.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saronah : take the paper bag with you Warona.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
