It was Abril, who peeved her head through the door and asked, \u201cCan I come in?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOf course, come in.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Abril approached, sat on the chair next to the bed, and asked her, \u201cHow are you feeling?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBetter.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Abril stared at her as if she knew she was lying.
