\u201cIs everything okay, princess? You\u2019re scaring us over here.\u201d Daddy said from the corner of the sofa\u00a0<\/p>\n
beside mommy.\u00a0<\/p>\n
I had gathered everyone, family, friends, everyone. wanted to tell them the good news about me\u00a0<\/p>\n
being pregnant. I was planning to tell everyone the moment I woke up in the morning in a tangle of\u00a0<\/p>\n
limbs between my mates. But of course, my mates being the horny wolves they were, didn\u2019t let me\u00a0<\/p>\n
out for another two hours. Ravaging my body left and right, in the bed, in the shower, anywhere\u00a0<\/p>\n
they could get their paws on me. Which I happily accepted whatever they had to; my raging hormones weren\u2019t complaining, so it was all peachy\u00a0<\/p>\n
I looked over at everyone in the room. Everyone was here: my family, brothers, adopted parents,\u00a0<\/p>\n
Luna Crystal and Alpha Alexander, and even my friends. The only two people who weren\u2019t were\u00a0<\/p>\n
Leah and Eli. Leah was at home resting due to doctors\u2019 orders. She had been severely dehydrated,\u00a0<\/p>\n
so she was put on bed rest. As much as I wanted her to be here, I knew she needed the rest more.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Plus, she already knew what I was about to tell everyone.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cSeriously, Nat. You\u2019re killing us here! Spit it out already.\u201d Hannah hissed from the side.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Her parents gave her the stink eye, which had her whisper a sorry.\u00a0<\/p>\n
I giggled.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cOkay, okay. So what I wanted to tell you all is very special and something I discovered when I was\u00a0<\/p>\n
held captive\u2026\u201d I started but was cut off by the low snarls coming from my brothers and mates. Ezekiel and Azreal moved in closer to me, squishing me between them. All my mates had gone into super protective mode since the morning. Even though the s*x was amazing, everything that followed was a little too much. The quads were on about how they wanted to sanitize everything in the packhouse, even the linens. Once everyone calmed down, I cleared my throat, got up from between my mates, and spoke up again.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201c\u2026like I was saying, I found out around that time and wanted to tell you guys sooner, but I had to talk to my mates about it first\u2026\u201d I said, and then put a hand over my belly; the biggest smile appeared on my face as I rubbed it, thinking about our pups growing inside of me.\u00a0<\/p>\n
I felt my mates surround me as the room went dead silent until shrieks of happiness were heard,\u00a0<\/p>\n
and I was engulfed in a group hug between mommy, mom and aunt Michelle.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cYou\u2019re pregnant. We\u2019re going to be grandmas. Oh, my goddess, my baby is going to have a baby. Did you hear that, Liam?\u201d Mommy cried out.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tears of happiness ran down her face as she pulled back, bent down, kissed my stomach, and\u00a0<\/p>\n

I chuckled with tears in my eyes and nodded as I held her hands before she moved back and made\u00a0<\/p>\n
way for mom.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cSweetheart! You couldn\u2019t have made us happier. You\u2019re going to be a mother. I am so happy for you and the alphas.\u201d Said mom, kissing me on the forehead and rubbing my nonexistent belly for\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you, mom. For everything. For being my mom, pillar and support throughout these years.\u201d I said, hugging mom back\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, I thought the triplets would make me a grandma, but I gave up hope on them. Goddess, I\u2019m going to spoil those pups rotten.\u201d Said aunt Michelle, clinging onto me as if her life depended on it.\u00a0<\/p>\n
I heard the triplets grumble at the back but kept quiet. I couldn\u2019t help but laugh as I hugged aunt\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019ll get there, auntie. Don\u2019t worry.\u201d I said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
After she let go, da, daddy, dad and alpha Alexander came and hugged me one by one, each telling me how happy they were and couldn\u2019t wait for the future alphas to come out so they could spoil\u00a0<\/p>\n

Josiah grumbled, threw him the finger, and moved back, letting Isaiah hug me and then Hayden\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAt least with this, mom, we\u2019ll be of our case about us going out and looking for our mate and knocking her up. Mom\u2019s cool and all, but the lady can be hella demanding when she wants to be. But congratulation, little one. Can\u2019t wait to teach those little rugrats how to spar.\u201d Said Lucas,\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m okay, T! The quads have hardly let me lift a finger since I got back. Plus, they have it ready before I can even think I need it,\u201d I said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cAs they should, little wolf. This is a hard time; we expect nothing less from the quadruplets. You are a princess, after all.\u201d Said, Tristan\u00a0<\/p>\n
The triplets eyed my mates, daring them to go against what Tristan had just said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cYou do know they are our pups, too, right?\u201d Said, Sam\u00a0<\/p>\n
I sighed out loud. I wasn\u2019t up for a p***s-measuring contest. Before it could get any worse, I\u00a0<\/p>\n
ushered my friends out of the living room and away from my brothers. I left the nine to stew in\u00a0<\/p>\n
their things while my parents, aunt, and the quad parents were busy planning a baby shower that\u00a0<\/p>\n
was like months away. I signalled my friends to follow me since I could see them getting antsy on the side to come to talk to me, but with my brothers and mates hounding me, they chickened out.\u00a0<\/p>\n
When we were out in the hall, I was squeezed into a group by everyone: Ela, Axel, Jeremiah, lan and\u00a0<\/p>\n
Hannah.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m shook like legit shook. Goddess, Nat, a mom, you\u2019re gonna be a mom. I can\u2019t; this is so much! Congratulations, my love.\u201d Ela said as she sniffed back her tears.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cHere we thought we would have to deal with Leah and Ela\u2019s monster; guess now it\u2019ll be two to\u00a0<\/p>\n

I playfully scowled at him and shoved his arm away Luna, princess, whatever I could be, this guy would never let this habit fall of rubbing my head like a freaking human football player.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, technically, you\u2019ll be dealing with five,\u201d I said, holding my tummy with both my hands looking\u00a0<\/p>\n

Everything went silent for a second, and when I looked back up, all I saw were shocked faces. And, then, suddenly, Hannah and Ela wrapped me into another hug, this time shrieking as freaking\u00a0<\/p>\n
banishes. Which had the boys and I chuckling at their antics\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cDamn, Nat, you\u2019ll be swelling up like a hippo soon.\u201d Said lan, chuckling\u00a0<\/p>\n
Which earned me a laugh from the rest of the guys Ela and Hannah\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cHardy, ha-ha! So funny!\u201d I said\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cNo, but jokes apart, Nat, we\u2019re happy, all of us are! And, nothing we can say or maybe even express right now could tell you how much we\u2019re happy for you and that you\u2019re safe and sound back at Dark Strom with us all, where you always belonged.\u201d Said Jeremiah, hugging me when Ela and Hannah let go.\u00a0<\/p>\n
I sniffed, looking around at my friend group. These were my people. My friends, supporters and protectors through my difficult time and despite being ridiculed, they chose to stay. They were\u00a0<\/p>\n

there when Eli and Leah mated, which broke my heart. They were constantly there when I had\u00a0<\/p>\n
difficulty accepting the quads. We may not have seen each other much face to face with the quads keeping me at the packhouse and all the events that followed, but that didn\u2019t mean they didn\u2019t\u00a0<\/p>\n
check up on me. Every day I used to get a call or a message from each one. Telling me that they\u00a0<\/p>\n
would always be there for me no matter what. This was my family before my actual family, and for\u00a0<\/p>\n

Just as Hannah was about to speak, I smelt my mates before I saw them as they came and\u00a0<\/p>\n
huddled around me, blocking me from my friends. rolled my eyes. Here come the possessive\u00a0<\/p>\n
alphas. However, that thought no longer irked me but brought a sense of happiness to my chest.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe know you\u2019re excited to see your friends, and we\u2019re glad you\u2019re catching up, angel. But we think\u00a0<\/p>\n
it\u2019s time you get some rest and lay down.\u201d Said, Zeke\u00a0<\/p>\n
Before I could protest and tell them I was fine and wanted to spend some time with my friends,\u00a0<\/p>\n

I sighed! They were right; even though I may not have felt tired, I knew my body had gone through a lot, and I needed to give it a rest for constantly being in fight or flight mode these few days. I nodded and gave them a small smile.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Holding me to his side Sam turned us around as Azreal stood on the other side while my other two mates stood by their brothers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe really appreciate you all coming, but our Luna needs some rest so do the pups. However, if she\u2019s up for seeing you all in the evening, we\u2019ll send someone to fetch you if you\u2019re not busy.\u201d Said\u00a0<\/p>\n
Azrael\u00a0<\/p>\n
Not like my friends had much of a voice; they all nodded. Congratulating the quads and hugging me goodbye, they were on their way, with Hannah dropping them off at the door.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sam tugged on my hand as he intertwined our fingers, and Azreal gripped my other hand, interlacing his finger in mine as they guided me back to our room.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re sorry for sending them away, my love. But you need to rest; you\u2019re pregnant now, so you have to think not only about yourself but the pups as well.\u201d Said Azreal, giving the back of my hand\u00a0<\/p>\n

I smiled and nodded. The whole time we walked towards our quarters, all my mates could talk about was how I was, if I needed anything and how they\u2019ll make the OB\/GYN appointment soon. The excitement in their voice and the love in their eyes made my heart flutter. How I thought they would hurt me a few weeks ago was crazy. They doted on me like I them. If I was their sun, as they were my moon. They truly were the other part of my soul: the missing piece that completed me.\u00a0<\/p>\n

smell of daisies came from only one person, who was my soul sister in every way: Hannah.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I chuckled and held on to her. This girl right here was with me through thick and thin, and if I was\u00a0<\/p>\n

because of her. She was there for me through my dark times, talked sense into me, and was my\u00a0<\/p>\n
