said. \u201cI feel good, really good.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe second trimester is supposed to be easier,\u201d Tristan said. \u201cMaybe you\u2019re getting there early.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m only four weeks,\u201d I pointed out. \u201cThat\u2019s nowhere near the second trimester.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaybe you\u2019re just special,\u201d he said with a grin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Or maybe the babies are giving me a break before the real fun starts,\u201d I said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We lay there for a few more minutes, just enjoying the quiet before we had to face the day, his fingers tracing lazy patterns on my skin while I played with his hair.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe should probably get up,\u201d I said eventually. \u201cI can let him pull me out of bed, we got dressed quickly and headed downstairs where Sarah was indeed making breakfast, Orion was at the table with both kids, Lily was coloring and Liam was playing with his food.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMorning,\u201d Sarah called when she saw us. \u201cPerfect timing, breakfast is almost ready.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt smells amazing,\u201d I said, settling into a chair next to Lily. \u201cWhat are you drawing?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA wedding,\u201d Lily announced proudly, showing me her picture which was mostly scribbles but I could make out what might be a bride and groom. \u201cThis is you and Uncle Tristan getting married.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s beautiful,\u201d I said sincerely. \u201cCan I keep it?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes,\u201d Lily said, already starting on a new picture. \u201cI\u2019m going to draw lots of wedding pictures for you.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I\u2019d love calls this morning,\u201d she said, pulling out her phone. \u201cI got us an appointment at Riverside Estate for tomorrow afternoon, and I also scheduled appointments at three different bridal shops
