Making sure no one else tried to attack us.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Incase we were followed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As I sat there, my body aching and my throat bruised, holding a cup of tea with shaking hands, I thought about everything that had\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>happened tonight.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d just told our family about the baby.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d been attacked in our own home.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d fought for our lives.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And we\u2019d survived.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sarah had been magnificent.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019d been incredible.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And, I\u2019d managed to protect my child and controlled myself.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Despite the overwhelming urge to shift, despite my wolf screaming at me to let her out, I\u2019d held on to my human form.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What could have caused the attack?
