She was good at hiding her emotions-that\u2019s what strong people did.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSkyla, you\u2019re the star of the team! You just met with Ms. Kinsman, and she emailed me saying she\u2019s willing to cooperate. And she only needs half a month-two weeks earlier than I expected.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Skyla froze.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A second later, she replied, \u201cI was just doing my job.
