This was the first time I\u2019d owned a new phone since marrying Dorian.\u00a0<\/p>\n
All my previous phones had been his hand-me-downs. When he upgraded, I\u2019d get his old device.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Even though we weren\u2019t strapped for cash, he remained incredibly frugal when it came to electronics.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I stood up, ready to ask Dorian what was going on.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I hesitated. I was genuinely curious about who had previously owned this phone.\u00a0<\/p>\n
I opened the photo gallery, hoping to find some pictures or clues.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sure enough, there were two images-one taken in our residential complex, and another taken inside our house!\u00a0<\/p>\n
The second photo showed part of a woman\u2019s hand: delicate skin, slender fingers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
