Zhan Yin took Yangyang to kindergarten and happened to run into Zhou Honglin at the school gate.<\/p>\n

Zhou Honglin had just dropped off a passenger nearby. After getting out of the car near the kindergarten, he didn\u2019t accept any new ride requests and instead parked in front of the school, waiting for Zhan Yin to arrive with Yangyang.<\/p>\n

Yangyang was naturally sweet and affectionate.<\/p>\n

He believed his mom and Uncle Lu would give him a little sister someday, but his dad wouldn\u2019t have any more children. That meant he would be his dad\u2019s only child, so he wanted to love his dad even more.<\/p>\n

Zhou Honglin replied gently, \u201cDad will always love Yangyang.\u201d<\/p>\n

When they reached the school entrance, he reluctantly put his son down, patted his head, and said, \u201cGo on in with the teacher.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yangyang turned and waved to Zhan Yin. \u201cUncle, goodbye. Please come pick me up this afternoon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yangyang then said goodbye to his father again before following the teacher inside.<\/p>\n

Zhan Yin didn\u2019t walk closer. Once Yangyang was out of sight, he turned and prepared to leave.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Zhan,\u201d Zhou Honglin called out quickly.<\/p>\n

Zhan Yin stopped, turned around, and asked, \u201cMr. Zhou, is there something else?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI bought some supplements for Haitong. They\u2019re in my car. I\u2019ll go get them for you\u2014something to help nourish her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zhan Yin wanted to say that his wife already had everything she needed, but he swallowed those words.<\/p>\n

Forget it\u2014this was a small gesture from Yangyang\u2019s father, and it was better to accept it.<\/p>\n
