You can just help me catch a bus that passes by my shop,” she replied.

Considering how often she would need to take the bus by herself, Callum said, “All right. I’ll take you to the bus stop.”

“Thank you,” Camryn said, expressing her gratitude once more.

Since meeting him, she had frequently said ‘thank you’ to him.

Fortunately, as they approached the stop, Bus No. 6 arrived. Callum helped Camryn signal the bus and watched her board before turning back toward the hotel.

He ran into his loving brother and sister-in-law in the small parking lot in front of the hotel.

“Callum, where’s Ms. Newman?” Serenity asked immediately upon seeing him without Camryn.

She was aware that Callum and Camryn had shared a meal together.

“She went back,” Callum replied.

He paused to answer Serenity and then asked Zachary, “Are you taking Serenity home?”

“Yeah,” Zachary replied quietly.

Serenity scolded Callum, “Ms. Newman can’t see. Traveling is not easy for her. Why didn’t you take her to her shop and let her catch the bus back on her own?”

“I walked her to the bus station. She insisted she didn’t need me to take her back,” Callum explained.

Serenity and Zachary were momentarily at a loss for words.

Camryn had said she didn’t require his assistance, yet he had complied. Was he not concerned that something might happen to her on her return?

Understanding their thoughts, Callum added, “Camryn can’t see, but she can navigate freely in familiar surroundings. Once she becomes accustomed to the route from Spring Blossoms to our office, she can come to visit me anytime she misses me.”

Serenity found herself at a loss for words.

Zachary chuckled mockingly, taunting his brother, “You might miss her, but she won’t miss you.”

Camryn was unaware that Callum was approaching her to explore their feelings.

Callum was already treating Camryn as if she were his wife, but in her heart, Callum meant nothing to her.

Not at all.

“That’s fine. If I miss her but can’t find the time to seek her out, I can just ask her to send me a bouquet of flowers so I can see her—like I did earlier.”

Zachary and Serenity were left speechless.

“Well, whatever floats your boat,” Zachary said as he pulled his wife toward the car, uninterested in Callum’s personal matters.

Callum was the one pursuing his wife now, not him. All he needed to do was wait for an invitation to the wedding. However, he wasn’t sure if the wedding would take place within the year.

Grandma May had set a one-year deadline for his cousins.

Zachary felt he had drawn the short straw.

His grandmother hadn’t given him time to woo his wife, making him marry Serenity immediately.

Of course, now that the couple was in love, Zachary had no complaints about his grandmother’s decision.

“Babe, let’s go to Spring Blossoms,” he suggested.

While Callum was not concerned about Camryn, Serenity was. She wanted to check if Camryn had returned to the shop safely.

“I want to buy some flowers for you,” Serenity added.

Zachary replied indulgently, “Even if you don’t buy flowers for me, I’ll accompany you wherever you want to go.”

Serenity gave him a quick kiss and smiled. “I’m serious about getting you flowers, but if you don’t want them, then…”

Chapter 1250 Callum took Camryn out of the hotel and offered to drive her back to the flower shop. “Thank […]

[20

post-13327","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-married-at-first-sight
["GET
