You\u2019re giving me much more than Elisa ever has.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>He had felt jealous; he didn\u2019t like her using the skincare items Elisa had given her and insisted that she should only use those he provided. However, Zachary hadn\u2019t given her any yet.<\/div>\n<div>Taking his comment as a passing whim, Serenity continued to use Elisa\u2019s skincare products, which worked well for her skin and were superior to what she had used before. Serenity had to admit that women should not skimp on skincare.<\/div>\n<div>\u201cI\u2019ll buy all your skincare products,\u201d Zachary offered.<\/div>\n<div>Unfamiliar with the brands women typically used, Zachary discreetly consulted his mother and gathered several of her suggestions.<\/div>\n<div>He trusted that his mother would recommend only the best, as she had always lived a life of privilege.<\/div>\n<div>To him, Serenity was the apple of his eye, deserving only the finest.<\/div>\n<div>She smiled and said, \u201cAlright, you can buy skincare products for me.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cSeren, would you like to share a meal?\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cThat\u2019s alright. I only made enough for one person. I thought about inviting Callum when I saw him just now, but if he had stayed for dinner, there wouldn\u2019t have been enough for everyone. It was fortunate that Callum left.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>If Callum had been there, he would have argued that he was pushed out.<\/div>\n<div>Acting as if nothing had happened, Zachary commented, \u201cHe knows better than to be a third wheel.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>Serenity laughed.<\/p>\n<p>the situation, it may already be too late to intervene,\u201d he said, chuckling.<\/p>\n<p>Feeling upbeat as Zachary enjoyed his meal, Serenity again mentioned her encounter with Carrie during her visit to Camryn\u2019s shop. \u201cCamryn is truly blind; she\u2019s not pretending.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe mentioned that she lost her sight due to an illness and was fortunate to survive. Her aunt has been taking her to the hospital for eye examinations, but no doctors have been able to help,\u201d Serenity continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMs. Carrie is a devil. I\u2019ve never encountered a sister like her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Having had a good relationship with her own sister while growing up made it difficult for Serenity to accept Carrie\u2019s treatment of Camryn. The sisters seemed more like adversaries.<\/p>\n<p>Carrie even claimed that Camryn was her personal source of entertainment since she hadn\u2019t been disowned by the Newman family.<\/p>\n<p>Zachary casually replied, \u201cThat\u2019s her issue. Callum should investigate her background and learn more about her. All we can do is observe; we shouldn\u2019t get involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut Callum isn\u2019t doing anything,\u201d Serenity protested, feeling anxious for some action to take place.<\/p>\n<p>Suddenly, she found herself empathizing with Grandma May, who had many grandsons, each successful in their own right. Yet, when it came to love, her grandsons seemed to struggle, and Grandma May was eager to guide them toward the right path.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNana gave them a year. Why should we be anxious when they don\u2019t feel pressured? Regardless of their progress, Nana will achieve her goals. Once she sets her mind to something, there\u2019s no stopping her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zachary understood his grandmother well, as she had raised him to be the successor of the family business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s true. Let\u2019s wait and see how everything unfolds. I think things will get interesting for Callum and Kevin. It\u2019s easy to follow Callum\u2019s love story since he\u2019s here, but Kevin is too far away. By the time we learn about his situation, it might already be too late to intervene.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If anything, Kevin would likely be bringing Mr. Queen home to meet the parents. \u201cOh, I mean, Ms. Queen.\u201d Hayden\u2019s male disguise made a strong impression on Serenity; she looked incredibly cool.
