Serenity asked, \u201cHas Dad left already?\u201d<\/div>\n
\u201cDad\u2019s already gone back. He said he\u2019ll come again tomorrow to take me out. I want to go to the zoo, and Dad said he would take me. Aunt Ser, do you want to come with me to the zoo tomorrow?\u201d<\/div>\n
Hank had taken Sonny out to play for a while, and the little guy was really happy. Now, all he could think about was his father, and he kept talking about him.<\/div>\n
Serenity laughed and said, \u201cAunt Ser is going to a barbecue tomorrow. Your mom is going too. Do you want to come, Sonny?\u201d<\/div>\n
Without hesitation, Sonny replied, \u201cI want to go! Then I\u2019m not going to the zoo with Dad anymore.\u201d<\/div>\n
The aunt and nephew exchanged questions and answers, happily chatting away. Serenity only ended the call after quite a while before calling Jasmine and Elisa to invite them on a road trip to Wildridge Manor the next day.<\/div>\n
Wildridge Manor was said to be enchanting and scenic, but of course, not just anyone could get invited there.<\/div>\n
\u201cHoney, it\u2019s time to eat,\u201d Zachary called out from the balcony as he brought out the last two dishes from the kitchen and placed them on the dining table.<\/div>\n
Serenity quickly wrapped up her call with Elisa and got up to respond to Zachary, turning to walk back into the living area.<\/div>\n
She approached the dining table and noticed her favorite fresh prawns were on tonight\u2019s menu. She reached out to grab one and popped it into her mouth.<\/div>\n
\u201cYou peeled the prawns.\u201d<\/div>\n
\u201cUh-huh. It took a bit of effort.\u201d<\/div>\n
When she reached out again to grab something else, Zachary lightly smacked her hand. \u201cYou\u2019re an adult now, but you\u2019re still taking food with your hands.\u201d<\/div>\n
Serenity giggled and picked another item to eat.<\/div>\n

prawn was lifted to her mouth just before she entered the kitchen to collect utensils and plates. The couple was about to sit down for dinner when they heard the door open. <\/p>\n

Nana had returned. <\/p>\n

As she stepped inside, the aroma of the food filled the air, prompting her to ask, \u201cAre you having dinner? Who cooked? It smells divine!\u201d <\/p>\n

Naturally, the old lady headed straight to the kitchen, emerging with a set of utensils and tableware. \u201cLooks like I\u2019m right on time for some delicious food,\u201d she declared. <\/p>\n

\u201cNana,\u201d Serenity said, pulling out a chair for her before taking the bowl from her to serve her some soup. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Zachary helped Grandma May by dishing out some couscous, knowing just the right amount to serve her. <\/p>\n

\u201cYou weren\u2019t home all day. Where did you go?\u201d he asked. <\/p>\n

Both Zachary and Serenity were attentive and caring, which brought joy to the old woman. Upon hearing his question, she replied, \u201cZack, please don\u2019t use the word \u2018wander.\u2019 I was busy with serious business.\u201d <\/p>\n

Zachary picked up a piece of salmon, checking for tiny bones before placing it on Grandma May\u2019s plate. \u201cWhat serious business could you possibly have? Aren\u2019t you just finding ways to trick other families\u2019 precious daughters into marrying your foolish grandsons?\u201d <\/p>\n

She shot back without hesitation, \u201cWasn\u2019t it your nana\u2019s help that enabled you to marry Serenity?\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cIs it just my luck to have so many foolish grandsons, one more foolish than the next? Do they even know how to attract a girl? Do you think finding good matches for you all is easy?\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cPfft-\u201d Serenity couldn\u2019t contain herself any longer and burst into laughter. <\/p>\n

Only Grandma May had the courage to retort against Zachary like that. Each<\/p>\n

Of the York family\u2019s sons, one was a true leader among men; however, in their nana\u2019s words, they became fools when it came to relationships, outdoing each other\u2019s foolishness one after another. <\/p>\n

\u201cNana, are you trying to make me laugh to the point of dying so you can inherit my flowers?\u201d Serenity asked, chuckling. <\/p>\n

Grandma May laughed as well and gently patted Serenity\u2019s back. \u201cTake it easy,\u201d she said with a smile. \u201cDon\u2019t hurt your stomach from laughing.\u201d<\/p>\n
