Serenity\u2019s phone tumbled onto the bed. Although she had waited for Zachary, sleepiness ultimately overcame her. This was a disappointment for Zachary, who was filled with excitement.<\/div>\n
He had brought two Eternal diamond rings, purchased from Nana, intending to place one on Serenity\u2019s finger. However, she was lost in deep sleep.<\/div>\n
Perched on the edge of the bed, Zachary reached out and playfully pinched her cheek. \u201cYou could sleep through an earthquake, little piggy.\u201d After pinching her cheeks, he leaned down to kiss her face, lingering near her lips for a moment. Someone promised to wait for me, but she dozed off.\u201d Serenity smiled shyly as she reached out to take the beautiful bouquet of flowers. \u201cIs there a florist that opens this early?\u201d<\/div>\n

Once Serenity accepted the bouquet, Zachary leaned in, locking his dark eyes onto her beautiful face. With a raspy voice, he asked, \u201cShouldn\u2019t you give me a morning kiss?\u201d Zachary had instructed the butler at the York residence to cut the most exquisite blossoms from the garden, wrap them, and deliver them by car for this special moment. Zachary\u2019s dark eyes were fixed on Serenity as he waited for her to be moved enough to reward him with another kiss. \u201cIs today a special day? Zachary pulled out two jewelry boxes and opened them in front of her. Taking one of the rings, he held up Serenity\u2019s left hand and slipped it onto her ring finger. As he did, he said, \u201cWe\u2019ve been married for a while, but you\u2019ve been missing a ring. It\u2019s time I made it up to you. Wear it all the time, especially in front of Shawn. Show off your hand so he can see your wedding ring.\u201d <\/p>\n

Although surprised, Serenity didn\u2019t refuse as Zachary placed the wedding ring on her finger. She found his comment amusing. \u201cUff, someone\u2019s jealous this early in the morning. I can sense it from a mile away.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cJust wear it all the time,\u201d Zachary urged, extending his hand. \u201cSeren, put the wedding ring on me too.\u201d Setting down the bouquet, Serenity complied and slipped the other ring onto his left hand\u2019s ring finger.<\/p>\n
