Reflecting on his past mistakes, Hank realized Jessica had a valid point, prompting him to quickly drop the subject.<\/div>\n
Mr. York was at the top of the social ladder, while Serenity was hardly noteworthy. She was not fortunate enough to be chosen as Mr. York\u2019s wife.<\/div>\n
The couple was affectionate as they exited the hotel, and Hank and Jessica encountered Liberty at the entrance.<\/div>\n

While Sonny was asleep, Liberty had left Mrs. Lane at home to care for him so she could wait for Hank and Jessica.<\/div>\n

Hank labeled her as useless and a glutton because Liberty often sought assistance from Serenity, despite only needing to care for a child.<\/div>\n
Liberty needed to eat more to produce enough milk, but Hank criticized her for allegedly trying to starve their son, who was breastfed until he turned one year old.<\/div>\n
Hank was stingy with his wife. On the rare occasions when he was in a good mood, he would take her to the food trucks, a place that could fill her stomach without costing much.<\/div>\n
However, Hank frequently brought Jessica to dine at the Wiltspoon Hotel, checked on her well-being, sent her gifts, and treated her like a princess.<\/div>\n
When Jessica saw Liberty, she playfully clung to Hank\u2019s arm.<\/div>\n
Liberty did not overlook her provocative gesture.<\/div>\n
Hank halted before guiding Jessica closer to Liberty, asking coldly, \u201cWhat are you doing here? Where\u2019s Sonny? Didn\u2019t you say he couldn\u2019t leave your side because he\u2019s terrified?\u201d<\/div>\n

Liberty pointed a finger at Hank\u2019s nose, shouting, \u201cYou don\u2019t even feel sorry that your son was beaten up by your nephew. Not only did you fail to stand up for Sonny, but you also made cynical remarks when my sister sought justice for him. You\u2019re lower than scum!\u201d<\/div>\n
Jessica attempted to push Liberty away and shouted, \u201cYou fat cow! Who do you think you are to touch my man?\u201d<\/div>\n
Liberty retaliated by shoving Jessica aside and slapping her as well. She smirked and said, \u201cHe\u2019s the husband of a fat cow like me, as long as we aren\u2019t divorced. Who do you think you are?\u201d<\/div>\n
Jessica felt the urge to hit back.<\/div>\n
\u201cJessica.\u201d<\/div>\n
Hank stepped in front of Jessica to protect her and asked Liberty, \u201cWhy were you waiting for us here?\u201d<\/div>\n
Liberty responded in an equally cold tone, \u201cWe need to talk. Come with me.\u201d<\/div>\n
She then turned on her heel and walked away.<\/div>\n
As she happened to spot her sister\u2019s car, Liberty paused briefly but then continued on her way to her bike.<\/div>\n
Her sister had enough trouble over the past two days because of her, so Liberty decided not to bother her today.<\/div>\n
