No Daddy Novel By NovelNozi Chapter 192

192–Taking My Children Away

Madeline:

“How dare you!” I screamed, my fist clenched.

I was ready to step forward and smack his face.

When he turned to me, he looked at me with the same aggression I was giving him.

“Why? Did I say something wrong?” he snapped, grunting angrily. “Did your kid not attack my child?” he yelled, making me keep staring at him.

My wolf started to stir awake in the most unnatural way.

This kind of reaction could lead to a disaster, and it could push my wolf into attacking him.

And then, instead of admitting you cannot keep your promises, you put the blame on everyone, even her little daughter?” he shouted as he slammed his hand on the table. 1

Elgin stayed silent. A shameless, quiet man.

I began to feel a strong emotion rise inside me. Not because of Elgin’s words.

They only angered me. I felt a cold sting in my nose, like I had eaten something too strong.

That was how close I was to crying. After hearing Lord William defend me, I wanted to break down and thank him.

Even my own father had never taken a stand like that for me. But I knew if I opened my mouth, I would cry.

“And I will not hear any more
