Married at First Sight Chapter 1502

Chapter 1502
1/2
Sonny brightened up upon hearing that breakfast was being sent to his mother.
Zachary looked at the two with a smile and said, “Honey, whenever I see you and Sonny together, it reminds me of a parent waking their child up for school every morning.”
Serenity turned to him, ready to suggest he change his clothes, only to realize he was already dressed.
“Did you wake up early? You’re already in your suit.”
“A lovesick fool called me and woke me up.”
Serenity guessed it was Callum and asked, “He called this early? And you didn’t ride the radio waves to give him a piece of your mind?”
“I didn’t confront him because he’s my brother. He can’t even handle a minor issue, yet he had the nerve to laugh at me before. The one who can help him the most is Nana, but he doesn’t know to go to her.”
“Speaking of which, I haven’t seen Nana in two days. I miss her.”
Zachary picked up Sonny and headed downstairs with Serenity.
“She must have gone out to find more granddaughters-in-law. She can’t stand being cooped up at home. If she’s too idle, we’ll be the ones to suffer. Her happiness seems to rely on our discomfort.”
“Would you dare say that to her face?”
Zachary hesitated before replying, “No… I’d really be in trouble if I did.”
Serenity laughed at him. “Coward.”
“There’s no shame in being a coward when it comes to Nana.”
It appeared that Zachary had often faced the wrath of his nana, and he preferred to be a coward than to cross her. In his view, there was no embarrassment in being a coward when it came to their nana.
“Nana is also quite irresponsible. She threw a photo at Callum and Kevin before disappearing. Now, Callum…”

He doesn’t know whom to ask for help, so he bothers us every few days. “Does he think I’m very experienced? Besides, can they replicate our situation?” Zachary was simply annoyed and complained for a while about how Callum had come over early in the morning, disturbing his sleep with his wife.

“People in love act like that. You have many younger cousins, so they’ll all turn to you for assistance in the future. It can be bothersome, but you’ll have to get used to it. It’s because you’re the eldest,” he remarked.

Zachary added, “I’ll call Nana to get the psychic’s contact information to pass to Walter and remind her to be more responsible in the future. She can’t just matchmake two people and then wash her hands of the case.”

If Grandma May were present, she would say, “I’ve already given you the sheep, but you want me to cook it and serve it to you too? What’s the point of raising so many wolves? I have to worry about each one. It would have been better to raise sheep. Unfortunately, the York family lacks their own sheep, so I have to do my best to find some from other families.”

The psychic claimed that Zachary and Serenity were destined to have a son and a daughter. Grandma May would have thought, “Once our family finally has sheep of our own, we’ll need to build a higher fence to protect them. We must be careful not to let wolves from other families catch our sheep.”

Grandma May would happily arrange her family’s wolves with the sheep from other families, but when it came to protecting her sheep from the wolves of others, she would sharpen her knife and prepare to defend them!

Zachary called Grandma May during breakfast. She said, “You don’t need to ask. Walter came to visit me in person last night.”

Zachary paused and asked, “He acts quickly, doesn’t he? How was it, Nana?”
“How would I know? I just gave him the psychic’s contact number. If you want to find out, you could move into the Bucham residence and watch the drama unfold.”
Zachary felt he still needed Julian. If he went over to laugh at Julian’s expense, Julian might not help him again.
He replied, “Never mind. Everyone has their own fate. There’s no point in me worrying about Mr. Bucham when I have enough on my plate with my brothers. Nana, you can’t just play matchmaker and then leave them to fend for themselves.”
Grandma May immediately pulled the phone away from her ear and said, “Zack, the signal here is really bad. I can’t hear you. What did you say? I can’t hear you clearly. Anyway, I’m hanging up now.”
With that, she ended the call.
Zachary was left speechless.
