Married at First Sight Chapter 1272

Chapter 1272
When Liberty and Hank got married and their home was undergoing renovations, Hank was too busy to monitor the progress. Liberty, who financed everything, was also occupied with work and couldn’t oversee the changes, so the responsibility fell to Serenity, who had the time to keep an eye on things.
Having gone through a renovation herself, Serenity could easily relate to Remy’s feelings. However, she sensed that Remy’s frequent visits were primarily motivated by his desire to see Elisa.
Elisa, known for her sharp wit, surprisingly failed to notice Remy’s interest in her.
Perhaps she had grown indifferent to such matters after her unsuccessful attempts to win over Zachary.
As Elisa drove to the villa’s main entrance, she remarked, “That’s true. He did mention buying this villa for his sweetheart and talked about how they would spend their married life here.”
“I have no idea who his sweetheart is, but given how attentive he’s been to the renovations, it’s clear he cares deeply for her,” she added.
Suddenly, Elisa felt a pang of envy.
Everyone she knew had found partners, leaving her feeling all alone.
Where was her Prince Charming? The man who would love her unconditionally? When would fate bring them together?
“Since Remy is now your neighbor, don’t you visit him occasionally? Have you managed to find out who his sweetheart is?”
Serenity probed Elisa for information.
Just then, the housemaids emerged and opened the gate to the villa. As the car passed through the entrance, Elisa candidly replied, “He hasn’t mentioned anything. Seren, why don’t you…

“Ask your man and see if he knows anything?”

“He’s not privy to other people’s affairs, and unless Remy himself invites him to the wedding, I doubt they’ll discuss his sweetheart,” Elisa replied with a smile, recognizing that sounded just like Zachary.

Josh was the one who loved gossip; he always seemed to know the latest happenings, as he had a knack for it.

“Ms. Elisa, Mr. Clive just got home and immediately started persuading his wife to go to the hospital for an abortion. Mr. and Mrs. Stone are furious, and their patience is wearing thin,” the housemaid informed Elisa as she stepped out of the car with the others.

The maid politely greeted the Hunt sisters when she noticed they were also present.

“My brother is unbelievable…” Elisa muttered as she quickly ushered Sonny into the house, with Liberty and Serenity following behind, each carrying bags of nutritional products they had brought as gifts.

Meanwhile, Remy had someone inform him about the situation inside the house. Upon learning that Elisa had returned home, he instructed his bodyguards to monitor the renovation while he grabbed some food and went to ring the doorbell at the neighboring house.

The previous housemaid was just about to re-enter the house when she heard the doorbell ring again. She quickly turned around and approached the entrance, immediately recognizing Remy standing outside. She opened the door for him and guessed, “Mr. Johnson, are you here for the lady?”

“That’s right, I brought some snacks that she might like. She’s home, isn’t she?” he replied, gesturing to the bag of food he was carrying.

“She just got home. Please, come in, Mr. Johnson. However, would you…”

“Could you please wait a moment before going in to see her? There’s currently a bit of a, let’s say, situation happening.”

Mr. Clive was adamant about taking his wife to the hospital for an abortion.

Remy responded with understanding, “It’s okay, I can wait.”
