Married at First Sight Chapter 1241

Chapter 1241
Camryn listened quietly to Serenity. With her excellent memory, she recalled everything after just one mention.
“Ms. Camryn, do you remember the route I explained?” Serenity asked, her tone laced with concern.
Camryn responded warmly, “Thank you, Mrs. York. I remember it well.”
“Then I’ll be on my way,” Serenity said, needing to head to the top floor to find Zachary. She would take a different elevator.
“Alright. I’ll walk slowly. Mr. Callum insists that I must walk alone and not let anyone guide me.” Serenity believed her brother-in-law was being unreasonable by complicating things for Camryn. Camryn shared the same sentiment.
She was unsure when she had upset Callum.
Callum seemed intent on making things difficult for her, baiting her into compliance.
Business at her flower shop had been mediocre lately. Aside from the one day when someone purchased all her roses, customer traffic had been sparse.
When Callum proposed recommending that the Marshalls buy flowers from her shop for their banquet decorations, Camryn felt intrigued.
The Marshalls’ event at the Wiltspoon Hotel was grand, requiring a significant amount of flowers and plants to adorn the venue, given that the guest list included prominent figures from Wiltspoon’s business community.
If she secured that order, it would be enough to cover her expenses for the month, allowing her to pay her two employees and still have some leftover.
This was why, despite the harsh conditions Callum set for her as a blind person, Camryn agreed.
She often encountered Callum during her morning outings, and he always found a way to coax her into his car to drive her to the shop.
Camryn felt…

Callum was not a bad person; however, after he asked her to personally send the flowers, she found herself confused about his intentions. Was he trying to complicate matters for her, or was there another motive behind his request?

“I’ll be on my way now. Take care. If you forget the directions, just stop and ask someone—they’ll be able to help you,” she said.

As soon as Serenity got out of her car, she went directly to Camryn and spoke to her for quite a while. Everyone around could tell that Camryn was someone Mrs. York knew well.

They would never dare to overlook her.

Even if the two women were not acquainted, the staff at York Corporation would still treat Camryn kindly. They understood that displaying a poor attitude toward visitors could tarnish York Corporation’s reputation. The company certainly would not want such unrefined employees.

Serenity exchanged a few more words with Camryn before leaving first.

Upon entering the office building, she instructed the receptionist to assist Camryn if she needed help.

Once Serenity departed, Camryn took a moment to gather herself before continuing forward.

She heard Serenity’s footsteps and recalled which direction to follow. Navigating the hundred and fifty feet was easy, and she knew she had reached the entrance of the office building when her white cane touched the steps.

She ascended the steps very slowly, as that was the most likely place for her to stumble.

Fortunately, the entrance had only a few steps, and she climbed them without any problems. Standing at the entrance, she listened carefully and heard footsteps approaching her. She turned in another direction to determine her way forward.

“Hello, Ms. Newman,” a receptionist said as she approached Camryn with a smile.

“Hello,” Camryn replied, facing the receptionist, who appeared a bit surprised to see her wearing sunglasses and holding a

She used a white cane like a blind person. However, the receptionist quickly regained her composure. It was no surprise that Mrs. York had asked them to take care of her. It became clear that Ms. Newman was blind.
