Married at First Sight Chapter 1174

Chapter 1174
Serenity encountered the two bodyguards at the zoo entrance as they carried Lucas out.
“Mrs. York,” one of the bodyguards called out.
They brought the boy, who was crying for his mother, to Serenity. After placing Lucas on the ground, the distressed bodyguard said, “Can you please call his family to pick him up? He’s been crying the entire time.”
“Serenity!” Lucas wailed in fear.
He had never seen the York family’s bodyguards before. A stranger had taken him, and another pair of strangers had rescued him. Though Lucas was a wild child, he was only four years old, so it was understandable that he was scared to tears.
Upon seeing Serenity, someone he recognized, Lucas immediately clung to her leg and begged to be picked up.
“It’s okay now,” Serenity reassured him.
While she wasn’t particularly fond of Lucas, she knew she had to comfort him.
Serenity called Hank and said, “We found Lucas. We’re at the entrance of the zoo. Please come here.”
The Browns were devastated, kneeling in tears after Lucas’s abduction. Mrs. Brown had fainted once, and someone had pinched her nose to revive her. She continued to scream along with her daughter.
Hank and George frantically searched the area, unsure of where the kidnapper had gone.
When Serenity’s call came through, Hank was overjoyed and thanked her profusely. He quickly informed his sister and brother-in-law.
By the time Zachary and Clive arrived at the zoo with their security teams, the Brown family had already reunited.
“Lucas!”
With her son found, Chelsea rushed forward, wrapped her arms around him, and burst into tears.
George felt immense relief seeing his son safe and sound.
Mrs. Brown and her daughter embraced Lucas, crying continuously.

It took Chelsea a moment to turn around and kneel before Serenity. She expressed her gratitude, saying, “Thank you, Serenity. Thank you for saving Lucas. Thank you.” Without Serenity’s bodyguards and her willingness to put the past behind them, Lucas would likely have been lost. Many families spend a lifetime searching for their kidnapped children, often without success. Serenity was a true savior for Chelsea’s family by sending her bodyguards after Lucas.

Chelsea had not always been the kindest person; she often created tension between Hank and Liberty during her time as Liberty’s sister-in-law. Yet, as Liberty pointed out, Chelsea was a mother. To mothers, their children are more valuable than their own lives, and they are willing to go to great lengths for their well-being.

“Get up. Please get up,” Serenity urged, helping Chelsea to her feet. “I’ll help anyone in the same situation. Just remember to keep an eye on the child—tragedy often strikes when parents look away for just a moment.”

As she wiped her tears, Chelsea recalled the fear she had experienced and replied, “I won’t be such a busybody anymore.”

“Serenity, thank you. If it weren’t for you…” she continued, as the Brown family took turns expressing their gratitude.

“Seren!” Zachary called out as he rushed over with his security detail. Clive also arrived at the scene with his bodyguards.

“Where’s Sonny?” Zachary asked solemnly, concern etched on his face. “Is Sonny alright?”
