Thrilled with her brilliant plan, Sienna picked up the bowl and slipped quietly into the kitchen. Just as she was about to pour the supplement into the sink, a deep voice sounded behind her.
“What are you doing?”
A warm chest unexpectedly pressed against Sienna’s back. Startled, she nearly dropped the bowl onto the ground.
Clayton stretched his arm, steadily catching the bowl. His obsidian eyes locked condescendingly on Sienna, and his lips curled up into a knowing smirk.
“Are you trying to throw the supplement away?” he asked.
“T–the sink looks hungry, so I thought of generously sharing some of the supplement for it to taste.” Sienna was so nervous that she blurted out nonsense.
Clayton merely gave her a skeptical look and held the bowl to her lips. “Drink it up.”
There was no way Sienna would comply. After all, it was Clayton’s fault–he had babbled to Irene about them trying to conceive, and now she was forced to choke down that nasty supplement. Clearly, he was getting revenge on her!
Eventually, Sienna went off the rails and snapped, “Why am I the only one who has to drink this nasty stuff? What about you?

“Me? I’m in great shape. I could swim three thousand meters straight without even breaking a sweat–unlike you. You’re just another Beth March.” Clayton scoffed.
Seeing Sienna’s stubborn expression, he shoved the bowl toward her once more. “Act your age. You’re not a child anymore. If you keep refusing, I’ll force this down your throat,” he warned.
Sienna found herself trapped between the sink and Clayton’s broad chest. There was no way of escaping.
Her eyes darted with hesitation. Why was she the only one who had to suffer?
“Do you have any idea how bitter that stuff is? Try it yourself!” Sienna complained indignantly.
At her words, Clayton tipped the bowl and gulped down the supplement. Before Sienna could react, he grasped the back of her head and pressed their lips together.
Sienna yelped as the bitter liquid flooded into her mouth. Her eyes widened, and she struggled to break free. However, Clayton held her firmly.
The tip of his tongue pried her clenched teeth apart, forcing the liquid down her throat. The sharp, bitter taste burst across her tongue, and his cool scent enveloped her, leaving her dizzy.
Clayton didn’t release Sienna until he was sure she had swallowed the supplement. As he brushed his thumb against her moistened lips, he teased, “Want me to have another taste?”
Breathless, Sienna shook her head, her cheeks flaming as if smoke were rising from her head.
Clayton gave a faint smile and lifted the bowl to her lips once more. “Will you drink it yourself, or do you need my help?”
Resigning to her fate, Sienna snatched the bowl and downed the supplement in one gulp. Her face instantly contorted at the bitter taste.
Watching her grimace, Clayton couldn’t resist pinching her cheeks. “You should’ve played nice earlier.”
Sienna was about to lose her temper when a strawberry candy landed in her mouth. The sweet flavor immediately chased away the supplement’s bitter taste.

She looked up at Clayton in surprise, only to meet his disdainful gaze.
“Even a three–year–old kid knows to take candy with their medicine, while you’re still stuck in the old ways. Don’t you know that the best medicine is always the most bitter? And yet, you disregard your well–being,” Clayton lectured.
