Married at First Sight Chapter 1634

Chapter 1634
“No.”
“I just informed Dad and Mom about the pregnancy. They’re thrilled as well.” While Jasmine was chatting with her friends, Josh suddenly remembered that he hadn’t yet told his mother-in-law. He quickly called her to share the joyful news.
The Sox family was delighted to hear about the pregnancy.
“Let’s keep this between us for now. We shouldn’t announce it to everyone just yet. There’s a significant risk of unexpected complications during the early stages of pregnancy. It’s best to wait until it’s more stable after the first trimester to share the news.”
Josh nodded in agreement.
He knew that families often chose not to announce pregnancies in the first three months due to the higher risk of miscarriage. If they revealed it too early, it would only add to the heartache if something went wrong.
While Josh and Jasmine discussed baby-related matters in their room, Serenity and Elisa encountered Zachary and Remy after coming downstairs.
Mrs. Bucham was greeting the two CEOs.
Upon seeing Serenity come down, Zachary stood up and addressed Mrs. Bucham, saying, “I apologize for disturbing you, Mrs. Bucham. I’ll be taking Serenity home.”
“It’s no trouble at all. We appreciate Mrs. York and Ms. Stone visiting Jasmine. Please do come by frequently when you have the time,” Mrs. Bucham replied with a smile. With her daughter-in-law pregnant, her son would likely want to keep her from moving around too much.
However, staying home every day could be dull. If Serenity and Elisa visited often, Jasmine would have someone to talk to.
“We will, Mrs. Bucham.”
The four of them said their goodbyes to Mrs. Bucham and departed the house.

Buchams’ villa, where she saw them off. Zachary had brought bodyguards with him. Since Serenity would be in Zachary’s car, the bodyguards would drive her car back.

Once Serenity got into the car, her smile faded. She touched her flat lower abdomen and said to Zachary, “We’ve been married longer than Josh and Jasmine, yet I’m not pregnant. Jasmine got pregnant during their honeymoon.”

Zachary took her hand and reassured her, “There’s no rush. Let’s take things as they come. Plus, the psychic mentioned we won’t hear any good news until fall, and it’s only June now. Fall is still a ways off.”

“Seren, everyone’s body is different. Ms. Sox might simply be more fertile, which is why she got pregnant so quickly. Don’t pressure yourself because of her situation. My family and I have never rushed you about having a baby; we’re perfectly fine as we are.”

Zachary continued gently, “I enjoy our time together just the two of us. Once a baby arrives, they’ll become our third wheel. Most of your attention will shift to the child, and I don’t want to feel neglected.”

Reassured by Zachary, Serenity set aside her thoughts about babies. “I was just expressing my feelings. Don’t worry; I won’t put any pressure on myself.”

She was busy as well. Once she got caught up in her tasks, she wouldn’t have time to think about children.

“I think Josh and Ms. Sox are having their baby too soon. They haven’t even enjoyed enough of their marriage yet, getting pregnant right after tying the knot. Josh will have to practice abstinence during her pregnancy. Even though he can occasionally satisfy his desires, will that be enough for him? They’re still newlyweds.”

Josh had to practice abstinence just after experiencing the joys of marriage.
