Married at First Sight Chapter 1602

Chapter 1602
She had been living quietly, maintaining a low profile. Even when she spoke, her voice was soft. No one expected her to be the most ruthless among them.
She showed no mercy whatsoever.
“As for Mr. Mitchell, I trust him completely. I only collaborate with people I have no doubts about.”
Everyone opened their mouths to say something, but ultimately, no words came out.
They were all too aware of their past actions.
With Dalton’s assistance, Camryn could easily take charge of everything at Newman Enterprise. Perhaps she really did have evidence of their side incomes and embezzlement.
“Camryn… I hope you don’t come to regret this. Uncle Abel wouldn’t rest in peace if Newman Enterprise were to be passed on to someone else while you’re at the helm,”
Edward warned before turning to his brothers. “Let’s go.”
Camryn replied coldly, “Goodbye. I won’t be seeing you off.”
The cousins left in anger.
Once they were gone, Callum instructed the bodyguards and store assistants, “Return the potted plants to the rack.”
Those people had paid Camryn over twenty thousand dollars, but they forgot to take the flowers with them.
They deserved to be scammed.
Callum turned to his fiancée and said, “If they come back and cause trouble, call me. I’ll bring people over to handle it. That should take care of them.”
“Mr. Callum, just the two of us could take them down so easily they’d be searching for their teeth on the ground,” a bodyguard remarked.
Mr. Callum seemed to disregard their presence.
All of the York family’s bodyguards were skilled fighters.
One bodyguard pulled on his partner’s sleeve.
How foolish was he?
This was Mr. Callum’s opportunity to play the hero. Why did he have to interfere?
The tugged bodyguard

It was only then that he realized it. He quickly moved the flowers, not daring to look at Mr. Callum’s stern expression.

Camryn remarked, “They’re not that bold. They only came in and smashed my pots because they saw I was alone. If they had known you were here, they wouldn’t have dared to push the racks.”

She patted the stack of money and added, “Well, they learned a lesson that cost them more than twenty grand.”

Callum smiled and replied, “You can keep counting the money. I’m going to cook.” With that, he turned to prepare their dinner.

Camryn fell silent for a moment, touching the bouquet made of money flowers. She had plucked several petals from it, finding the flowers too flashy and attention-grabbing.

If she took the bouquet outside, she would likely get robbed. So, she carefully removed the folded dollar bill petals and neatly arranged them to return to Callum later.

Camryn had no desire for his money. She was not lacking in funds. In fact, she already had control over Newman Enterprise’s business. Even if that weren’t the case, she wouldn’t go hungry with Spring Blossom’s business. Usually, Dal would even give her some money as well.
