Married at First Sight Chapter 1418

Chapter 1418
The bodyguards of the York family prevented them from entering the ward.
“We heard Liberty woke up and came to see her,” Olivia said to the bodyguard with a smile.
Serenity had not informed Hank that Liberty had regained consciousness.
However, the kidnapping had garnered significant attention, involving numerous individuals. News about the incident spread rapidly, making it known throughout Wiltspoon.
Consequently, everyone was also concerned about Liberty’s condition.
The media reported that her life was no longer in danger and that she had been discharged from the ICU.
Many were touched by her maternal love and prayed for her recovery. The media’s coverage of her overcoming this critical period was how the Brown family became aware of her situation.
“As our missus mentioned, Ms. Hunt still needs to rest. There shouldn’t be any disturbances. It’s sufficient for you to know that her life is no longer at risk, and there’s no need for you to enter and disrupt her,” Jim stated.
Chelsea replied loudly, “We’re just here to see Liberty. We’ll take a quick look and leave. Move aside; we’re going in!”
“Chelsea,”
Mr. Brown shot a stern look at his daughter.
Chelsea lowered her voice and muttered, “We’re only worried about Liberty. We mean no harm. Can’t we just check on her?”
At that moment, the ward door opened.
Serenity stood before them.
“Serenity.”
Seeing her, Chelsea quickly said, “Serenity, can we see your sister? Don’t worry, we just want to check on her. We won’t disturb her.”
Serenity scanned the faces of the Brown family before finally addressing Chelsea, “Please keep your voices down.”
Liberty had already heard her former in-laws long before and had informed her.

Sister to allow them in after some consideration. She was well acquainted with her former in-laws. If she didn’t let them in now, they would likely come over and bother her every day.

“Yes, yes, we’ll be very quiet,” Chelsea quickly assured her.

Serenity turned and walked back inside. The York family bodyguards no longer prevented the Brown family from entering the ward.

Liberty.

Except for Hank, the rest of the Brown family gathered around Liberty’s hospital bed.

“Thank goodness you’ve woken up, Liberty,” Chelsea and Olivia exclaimed, expressing their gratitude.

“Thank you for coming to see me,” Liberty said softly.

“Don’t mention it; it’s the least we could do,” Chelsea replied, pulling out a gift card to give to Liberty. “This is from us. You can use the money to buy something nutritious. You look very pale. You need to take care of yourself.”

Liberty’s hands were still immobile, so she couldn’t return the gift card to Chelsea. She gestured for her sister to help her decline.

Serenity took the gift card and handed it back to Chelsea. “My sister doesn’t need your money.”
